Connecting through travel experiences

As a TCK you’re probably tired of being asked the same question and not knowing how to answer – ‘Where are you from?’, some might ask. Then you are stuck wondering whether this question is just polite conversation, or if they are actually interested and want to know more. We know it can be tiring, but it doesn’t always have to be that way.

In actual fact being a TCK means you have the ability to analyse your surroundings and adapt quickly, whether that is switching language, behaviour, clothes, or cultural practices makes you unique, but it also provides you with an opportunity to connect with those similar to you.

There is always strength in numbers, and it is our mission to bring TCKs together, no matter where they are located.

Making new friends

Making new friends as a TCK can be extremely difficult, whether it’s due to prejudice or the ability to connect and mingle with others. Our nationality often forms our identity and provides us with a sense of belonging, particularly to a community, however, as a TCK, you might find this hard. We aim to create a space where we can bring together TCK and give you the chance to connect with other TCK and experience a sense of belonging.

Finding love interests

The dating world can be scary, especially in the new age of online dating. Everything from catfishing to privacy concerns can cause you to feel anxious about finding a love interest. As a TCK, the dating world can seem overwhelming, it’s not easy connecting with new people, especially when you belong to so many different worlds.

We aim to provide a safe and secure environment for you to find that special someone. All new profiles are checked personally by a member of the Chameleon Vibes Team to ensure that they are a genuine profile. You can also read our tips for safe dating here.
